HO CHI MINH CITY, Vietnam, April 24, 2025 – Vietnam’s prominent agritech corporation, TTC AgriS (Thanh Thanh Cong – Bien Hoa JSC, HOSE: SBT), has officially entered into a strategic collaboration with Indonesia’s Sungai Budi Group, fulfilling the objectives previously established in a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed earlier in March 2025 in Indonesia.
The formal partnership agreement was signed on April 18, 2025, in an official ceremony graced by esteemed guests, including His Excellency To Lam, General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam, as well as high-ranking government representatives from Vietnam and Indonesia. This joint venture emphasizes harnessing advanced technology and scientific methodologies to significantly enhance agricultural value chains in both nations.
Under this partnership, TTC AgriS and Sungai Budi Group will introduce innovative circular agriculture practices designed to foster sustainability, minimize environmental impact, and optimize resource management. This strategic alliance highlights a shared commitment by Vietnam and Indonesia to advance agricultural productivity while promoting ecological responsibility across the Southeast Asian region.
