UOB and Accenture Team Up to Enhance Customer Experience with Advanced AI Solutions

UOB has entered a strategic partnership with Accenture to advance its digital transformation journey by adopting generative AI and AI agents over the next three years. The collaboration, formalized through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), is aimed at enhancing business processes, risk management, and customer engagement.

With Accenture’s AI Refinery™️ platform, UOB will develop and deploy AI-powered solutions that enable scalable personalization and operational efficiency. Additionally, the partnership will focus on workforce transformation, ensuring that UOB employees are trained and prepared to work effectively with AI technologies through Accenture’s LearnVantage programs.
