The tour continues with the main courses of Pan-Fried Magret Duck Breast, Braised Wagyu Beef Cheek, Sapa Salmon Fillet or Hoi An Chicken Rice. The meal concludes with desserts such as Dalat Strawberries with Coconut Yoghurt, Mango and Coconut Tiramisu or Fresh Sable Chocolate Cake.

The Vietage’s food menu is complemented by an extensive beverage menu inspired by the locale, featuring speciality teas from Vietnamese producer Epicurean Sao, ethically sourced Vietnamese coffee from La Folliet Coffee, a selection of Vietnamese handcrafted gins and exclusively curated cocktails and mocktails by resident mixologists.

The Vietage by Anantara service is also available between Quy Nhon and the bustling coastal city of Nha Trang, where guests can enjoy a luxury afternoon tea during the five-hour journey.
